DESCRICAO=Even the most cynical of us is susceptible to the thrill of a wrapped present under a tree. Come Christmas Day we will face reality: it is a book or it is socks or it is an object that will not meet our expectations…but for now, it is mystery. 

INGREDIENTES=100ml de Cachaça Puríssima;20ml de Suco de Limão;3 colheres de chá de Mel;Anise for garnish

PREPARO=In a teapot or saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into a mug. Add Aplós, 3 teaspoons honey, and ½ oz lemon juice. Stir until the honey has disappeared into the hot water. Taste, and add 1 teaspoon of honey for more sweetness, and/or 1 teaspoon more lemon juice for more zing. Garnish with anise or a cinnamon stick.
